It's been FOREVER!
Life is busy. I find it difficult to keep up on posting to the blog, sending out e-mail, checking out facebook and creating new flower creations. That's just the way it is.
Here is my latest. It was so AWESOME to have a mostly sunny day earlier this week. So glad I got my camera out and captured this photo, and others too.

Hello Sharon, thanks for visiting my site. I will reply to your comment there in my post. About this crocus, i've always been waiting for temperate countries to end their winter, because i know that's the time for snowdrops and crocus to emerge. I've seen them only once in this lifetime, in the mountains of Turkey at an event called 'Snowdrops Festival'. It was amazing and from then on i follow my friends topost them in their sites. I wonder if this is the variety where saffron come from.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if this is the variety from which saffron is harvested. This flower has been coming up each of the 22 springs we have lived in our home. We have a very cloudy and somewhat rainy winter so the crocus blooms are always a welcome bright spot. Thank you, I read your comment on the Hoya. I look forward to it blooming some day.
